- 30-day money-back guarantee: wear them for 30 days; if you don't feel the difference, send them back for a full refund.
- Free size exchange: wrong size? We send the right one and cover the return.
- Damaged or wrong item: write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, we reship at no cost.
The 30-day guarantee
You can't judge compression socks in a day, so you have 30 days from delivery to make up your mind. Wear them every day. If after that you don't feel the difference, email contact@flevio.fr with your order number: no explanation needed. We send you the return address, you have 14 days to ship the product back (return shipping at your expense), and the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Limited to one order per household.
Wrong size
It happens all the time and it's not a problem. Email us with your order number and the size you need: we ship the right size and provide a prepaid return label. To avoid the back-and-forth, measure around the widest part of your calf, leg relaxed: S/M 9–15 in, L/XL 15–19 in, XXL 19–24 in. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Damaged product or our mistake
Take a photo and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We reship a new product right away, at no cost and without argument.
Unopened returns
If you simply change your mind, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first so we can give you the return address.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return and appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
