Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to track your package in real time.

How it works

1. You order. You immediately get a confirmation email with your order number.

2. We process and ship. Your order is processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

3. The package ships. You get a second email with your tracking number, which you can use on this page.

4. Delivery. Allow 10 to 15 business days after shipping.

Tracking shows nothing?

That's normal for the first 24 to 48 hours: the carrier has to scan the package first. If nothing shows after 3 business days, write to us at contact@flevio.fr with your order number and we'll follow up.
